happyIt's vaguely embarrassing that I've been to so many shows that the cast and crew remember me by name. I'd go tomorrow night as well if I could figure out a way to get there easily. On the other hand, I have to be up way too early on Sunday morning in order to get going on the bus to the train to Nevada, so maybe it's just as well.
Not that I expect them to have the time next year, but I did invite Shannon and Stephen Guggenheim (the leads of Game Show Show) to be panelists on Match Game SF in Sacramento at Westercon. I did make a point of saying, "I mean you personally, not your characters!" I don't want people to think I'm such a fanboy that I can't make the distinction. As I said to Stephen, "I thought you might appreciate being able to play the game without having to sing a musical number in the middle of the game."
