Because I'm too busy with Day Jobbe to do much else, here's a video of an adorable little girl experiencing her very first train ride.
Lisa and I worked out that this would have been on Nashville's Music City Star train, which uses ex-Chicago Metra gallery coaches. We knew right away that it had to be ex-Chicago or ex-Caltrain equipment, because nobody else uses that style of passenger car.
Lisa and I probably look this excited (but not nearly as cute) when we hear trains approaching Fernley. This evening, Lisa spotted the Union Pacific SP Heritage unit (the photo is from someone else, not from this evening) on an eastbound container train, but by the time I could get there, it was out of sight. Boo!
