About all that remains of the outside sheet metal work appears to be the front awning.

This is the view from the back, standing in front of the post office. It's not obvious, but the roof is also in place.
I must admit that based on how the progress on this building appears to have gone in the past, I now expect for it to sit as a vacant shell for six months before anything else happens. I would be happy and surprised to be wrong about this.
