The white bundles from the previous photo in this series appear to have been roofing materials. Roofers have been working for the past few days, after putting up cones and flags to warn workers of the roof edges.
They're making good use of the pleasant weather to get the roof done. This work would be a lot harder in the broiling heat of summer or during the bitter cold we've had in the past.
