For reasons unclear to me, my body clock appears to be running on a roughly 23 3/4-hour cycle lately. That is, I've been waking up earlier and earlier each morning and fading out earlier and earlier. It's inconvenient to be sure, since I do have to stay roughly in touch with my co-workers. OTOH, half of our team is in the Central time zone. I'm already going to work at 7:30 AM PT. Maybe I'll end up synched with them, although not with my manager, who is in the Pacific time zone.
