Biting the Bullet on the Washer

After work yesterday, Lisa and I drove to Sparks and bought one of the washers that Lisa had picked out. There was a bit of confusion because after I'd already paid for the first one Lisa selected and while we were making arrangements for them to deliver it, Lisa changed her mind and picked a different one. They were very nice about undoing the first purchase and doing the second. Also, while the man at the desk said they normally don't deliver to Fernley, the boss said they'd do it anyway. And I think $49 is a very reasonable charge for delivering the new washer and hauling away the old one. So Wednesday morning, we should have a new washing machine. After that, we will have a lot of laundry to do, because we've been effectively laundry-less for a couple of weeks now.
