Day on the Road

Today after breakfast, Lisa and I set out for Sacramento to visit my sister at the nursing home. Kelli's mailing address is my PO Box, so I needed to take her California Primary Ballot down to her and help her fill it in (my sister is severely dyslexic and needs help reading complex documents like the ballot) and mail it in. Lisa drove us down the mountain (after we did some errands in Reno/Sparks in support of the latest Home Improvement project) and I drove us home (after we stopped at Fry's Roseville for some electronics shopping not available in Reno). It's a doable day-trip (about 150 miles each way), but it leaves us tired.
