I walked to the Wigwam and had a leisurely breakfast while reading one of the many books I bought at Worldcon. Luck was with me an my free-play coupon, which I turned into a free breakfast for tomorrow morning.
After collecting the mail, I went home and started chipping away at the backlog of accumulated tasks. But the weather was good enough that Lisa wanted to work on some home improvement projects that were on hold because it was Too Darn Hot, so that got done first. However, I did manage to get my receipts for Worldcon entered into Quicken, and to my astonishment, I was off by only $3, which turned out to be the same expense entered twice, so in fact I was right to the penny. Considering how much I was rushing about not making careful notes or always getting receipts, that's amazing to me.
More digging out to come, but it is nice to be home.
