I didn't attend much of today's programming, other than the feedback session at the end, and the final item, which was a game of If I Ran the
Trying to put together a dinner expedition proved challenging. To my surprise, lots of likely places were all booked up, even on a Sunday evening. By the time I managed to get a reservation at Italian place where we ate a few nights ago, Lisa had faded out and scratched, but a group of four (including me) made the trip. I was driving and thus couldn't walk back. Based on my blood sugar, I should probably have walked to the shopping center and back. I avoided everything but plain water for the rest of the evening hanging around the con suite.
As you'll see by the previous entry, I spent a bunch of the day editing videos and then uploading them. I was very relieved when I got the last of them uploaded. Speaking of relief, I'm relieved that the weather forecast is holding, and it looks like it should be clear driving home on Monday.
It's been an excellent SMOFCon. I had a good time, learned things, and had a lot of productive and entertaining conversations. I'm already looking forward to next year in Albuquerque, although I haven't quite figured out the logistics of making the trip within the constraints of money and available time off.
