Edging Forward

I've finally had enough time and energy to start moving forward on some Westercon 74 projects that have been nagging me for quite a while now. I can't say a lot more until we're ready to move forward on them, but I do feel much better now than I did a week ago when I had a longer to-do list than I do now. More later after the holidays, as it's important to let the other members of the committee have a reasonable opportunity to recover as well before we continue, especially when I just blasted everyone with an e-mail during the holiday dead-weeks period.
