Return of the Quail

The quail that had been hanging around the bird feeder eating what the smaller birds knocked out of the feeder disappeared for a few weeks, but they're starting to come back in force, in that they're trailing baby quail families and teaching them how to forage. It's very cute, but I've not yet been able to get a photo of them before they are scared away by me coming to the window. Eventually I will capture a shot, I hope.
