Last of the Christmas Ham

We happily ate leftover Christmas ham for several days, and I incorporated it into several omelettes, but once we were down to the bones, I put them in a pan with water and heated them on the wood stove for several days, eventually discarding the bones once the meat fell off. Today, I added rice to the broth, and it made a decent meal, including enough for lunch tomorrow.

Most of the holiday food is now eaten, and it's time to go back to a more or less normal schedule, although I'm still taking every alternate Friday off from the Day Jobbe on account of having hit my PTO accumulation cap.
