Logging Time

I was able to get away from Day Jobbe a little earlier than usual today, so after lunch I joined Lisa as we unloaded the pallet (390 logs) of Pres-to-Logs from the utility trailer.

Staying Warm

Along with a full box of logs on the front porch, having a mostly full woodbox gives me a warm feeling. I do hope not to have to buy more than one more pallet this season, but it's good to know that Big R continues to stock them.

Our timing was very good. Just as we unloaded the last of the logs and buttoned up the wood box, snow started falling. It soon thereafter turned into cold rain, but by then the logs were covered in plastic and the lid closed.
