The building across the tracks appears to be fully assembled except for the roof after only one day.
The concrete slab on which it sits was poured a few days ago. I thought it strange that a concrete pumper would be working at 4 AM, but there you go.</cut>
I guess having big tools like that crane to throw at a project like this can make it go fast. Construction time is looking like it will be very little compared to the months of paperwork and hearings it took to get the okay from the city to build it. I still wish they'd built it out in the industrial park east of the main part of town, though.
