A few days ago, I collected my new general-purpose glasses from my optometrist. The office is only a few blocks away. It's closer than the post office, so when they weren't quite ready for me, I popped over and mailed a Father's Day card to my dad, and they were ready for me when I got back. These have smaller lenses than the previous pair, but they didn't have frames for the larger lenses I prefer. Besides collecting these glasses, I decided to take advantage of a 50% off a second pair offer and get a new pair of computer glasses. It's not a huge change in prescription, but the difference in my vision is noticeable. I was having a really hard time reading many things without lifting my glasses and squinting at anything close. Now I'm back to what I consider normal.
