Hammed Out

Today's lunch saw me consuming nearly all of the rest of the leftover ham from Christmas Eve dinner. All that is left is the pot of water where I soaked the meat off of the ham bone. I'm letting it simmer until it gets to the point where I can use it to make pea soup.
