Battles With Blood Sugar

The conflict between walking (which, being the exercise I prefer, lowers my blood sugar) and plantar fasciitis continues. Last night I had a blood sugar reading in the 190s (bad) to go with the reading a couple days earlier in the 200s (worse). Today after lunch, my foot was feeling okay if not great, so I stretched out and went for a 6km walk around Quarry Lakes. When I got back, I tested and got a 96 (good).

Now I won't feel so bad about having pizza tonight for dinner at the basfa meeting.
