Crossing the Wide Open Spaces

While having lunch at Johnny Rockets inside the C Concourse, I got a call from Lisa. She's made it as far as Davenport, Iowa, by approximately this route. She reports that it's very hot and humid, and the clouds look very threatening. I could say the same thing here at Columbus. There is some nasty looking weather moving this way. It's a little more than an hour before my flight, and I sure hope what looks like a very sinister thunderstorm stays away for a little longer than that.
