Selling Worldcon to Publishers

Just in case you're still not following Cheryl's blog (and why not, I ask?), I commend to you today's post on Selling Worldcon to Publishers, which makes some excellent points about promotion of what should be the jewel in the crown of genre SF events -- not necessarily the biggest (it never will be anymore) but possibly the best.
