Parliamentary History

I am spending most of the weekend here at World Fantasy Con 2009 as a gopher for the Press Office, running errands, putting up signs, and monitoring the web for comments and Tweets about the convention, that sort of thing. randy_smith2, who is only able to be here today for a panel he's doing, dropped by to give me a present:

This book, written by a former Speaker of the US House of Representatives, is an important work in the historical evolution of parliamentary law in the USA.
