travelswithkuma reports that a tree has fallen on the roof of the old house in Mehama. Lisa sent me pictures.

Here's the tree that snapped. It's one of the smaller trees that surround the house.

It is unclear how much damage, if any, the tree has done to the roof. It may have fallen over relatively slowly.

The tree's branches may have cushioned the fall as well.

There's not a whole lot I can do to help with this problem until I get back up to Oregon in three weeks. Darn windstorms.
