E-Voting Proposal Sponsor List Closed

Because I want to go ahead and send the Electronic Site Selection Voting Proposal to the A4 Business Meeting now, I've closed off the list for further co-sponsors. Thanks to everyone who agreed to be listed as a co-sponsor of the proposal.
