Bear's Birthday Present

Although I was late getting away from Mehama, I arrived early at Yreka compared to my original schedule, because I did not stop for lunch on account of eating before leaving Mehama. I almost didn't get online at the hotel because of what I thought was a bad Ethernet cable; however, after fishing another cable out of the box of cables I took with me to Oregon — an advantage of having been traveling heavy — I decided that the problem must be with the port in the room. Fortunately, the wireless connection eventually worked after some fussing with it.

Logging on to check the mail, I found that Kuma Bear had finally received his birthday present from Lisa and me. Little Bear is very happy with his new scarf.
